Instructions
Line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
Melt the unsalted butter in a large pot over medium-low heat.
Add 6 cups of marshmallows to the pot and stir until melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and salt.
Stir in the crisp rice cereal and the remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows until evenly coated.
Press the mixture into the prepared pan and let it cool for 30-45 minutes.
Cut the cooled mixture into 15 rectangular pieces.
Melt the white baking chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until smooth.
Dip the top of each Rice Krispie square into the melted white chocolate and apply decorations.
Use red candy melts for scarves and pull-and-peel licorice for earmuffs.
Allow the decorations to set completely before serving.
