dried active yeast

Instructions
Mix warm water with dried active yeast in a bowl and stir until bubbles form.
Add olive oil to the yeast mixture.
In a separate bowl, sift plain flour and mix in salt.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
Cover the dough with a cloth and let it prove for about one hour.
Knead the dough gently and divide it into 50-gram pieces. Roll each piece into a snake shape.
Wrap the rolled dough around wooden kebab sticks, leaving space between twists.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Mix food color gel with water and brush over the baked breadsticks.
Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Once cooled, gently twist out the sticks and decorate with olives for eyes and orange pepper for the tongue.
