  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or vegetable shortening) Helps achieve a smooth chocolate consistency
  • 6 sheets graham crackers, crushed into fine crumbs Ensure crumbs are fine for better coating

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips with coconut oil and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth.

Coating

  • Dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully covered.
  • Transfer the chocolate-covered marshmallow to a bowl of crushed graham cracker crumbs and roll it to coat.
  • Place the coated marshmallow onto the lined baking sheet and repeat with remaining marshmallows.

Setting

  • Refrigerate the baking sheet with the truffles for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Serving

  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
