S'Mores Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter at room temperature (2 sticks)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 cups marshmallow topping such as Marshmallow Creme
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang on two sides.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the beaten eggs and mix until well combined.
  • Reduce mixer speed to low and slowly incorporate the flour mixture into the butter mixture until just combined.
  • Divide the dough in half and press one half into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  • Spread the marshmallow topping evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
  • Take the remaining dough and scatter it over the marshmallows and chocolate in clumps.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let cool completely on a wire rack before lifting out and cutting into squares.
