marshmallow topping
such as Marshmallow Creme

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving a 2-inch overhang on two sides.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the beaten eggs and mix until well combined.
Reduce mixer speed to low and slowly incorporate the flour mixture into the butter mixture until just combined.
Divide the dough in half and press one half into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
Spread the marshmallow topping evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
Take the remaining dough and scatter it over the marshmallows and chocolate in clumps.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let cool completely on a wire rack before lifting out and cutting into squares.
