If you love the gooey goodness of brownies and the nostalgic flavors of s’mores, you’re in for a treat. S’more brownies combine rich, fudgy brownies with graham cracker crunch and melted marshmallows, creating the perfect dessert.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
Pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing into squares.
