Ingredients
  

For the shrimp and dressing

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined Opt for fresh or high-quality frozen shrimp.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Provides smoky flavor.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season generously.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

For the wraps

  • 4 tortillas Use flour, whole wheat, or corn tortillas.
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves, chopped Adds freshness and crunch.
  • to taste Parmesan cheese, for serving Freshly grated.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Grilling

  • Place the seasoned shrimp on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.

Lettuce Preparation

  • Combine chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing in a separate bowl and mix well.

Assembly

  • Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface. Place a portion of the dressed romaine in the center of each tortilla, followed by grilled shrimp.
  • Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Tightly roll each tortilla around the filling.

Serving

  • Serve immediately while the shrimp are warm and tortillas are soft.
