Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil For sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing Use a good quality dressing for best flavor
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped For topping
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping
  • 8 small tortillas Can use corn or whole wheat tortillas
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the cooked chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Sauté the chicken for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  • Stir in the lemon juice and Caesar dressing, mixing until well coated.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Assembling the Tacos

  • Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until pliable.
  • Place a generous portion of the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
  • Top with chopped romaine lettuce and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Add optional toppings like croutons.
  • Fold tortillas and serve immediately.
