Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 piece Yellow Onion Diced
  • 1 small Green Cabbage Chopped
  • 14 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes Canned
  • 6 oz Tomato Paste Canned
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 0.5 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until slightly pink. Drain excess fat.
  • Add diced onion and seasonings to the skillet with the meat. Cook until the onions soften.
  • Transfer the meat mixture to the slow cooker. Add chopped cabbage on top.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and water. Mix well.
  • Pour the sauce over the meat and cabbage, mixing gently to combine.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Stir before serving and enjoy warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
