  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach, chopped

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, combine minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
  • Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken in the slow cooker.

Cooking

  • Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Once cooked, stir in chopped baby spinach right before serving.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
