  • 1 tablespoon diced onion Optional
  • 1 tablespoon diced jalapeños Optional, for added heat

  • Brown the beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, and cook until fully browned, adding diced onion and taco seasoning if desired. Drain excess fat.
  • Combine ingredients: In the slow cooker, add the cooked beef, Rotel diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Mix it up: Stir ingredients gently until well mixed, ensuring the cream cheese integrates with the other ingredients.
  • Cook: Cover the slow cooker and set to low heat. Cook for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Add spice (optional): Incorporate diced jalapeños if you prefer extra heat.
  • Serve and enjoy: Once melted and creamy, pour into a serving bowl and enjoy with dippers.
