Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 0.5 cup Honey Or substitute with maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Yellow Mustard Or use Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce Or soy sauce as an alternative
  • 0.25 cup Salted Butter Or use olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Or Italian seasoning to taste
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream Or substitute with milk or dairy-free cream

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for about 6 hours, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Stir in the heavy cream during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce using two forks and mix well.
  • Serve warm with your choice of sides, like rice or a salad.
