Ingredients
  

For the chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless) Bone-in for more flavor and tenderness.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning as preferred.
  • for garnish Chopped parsley For serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In your slow cooker, blend together chicken broth, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker and ensure each piece is well-coated with the mixture.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set it on low heat. Cook for 6-8 hours or on high heat for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fork-tender.

Serving

  • Once cooked, serve the chicken hot and garnish with chopped parsley.
