Ingredients
  

  • 3.5 oz 70% dark chocolate broken into pieces
  • 10.5 oz silken tofu
  • a pinch sea salt optional
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • 1 tsp cacao powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt the dark chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  • In a blender, combine the melted chocolate and silken tofu. Add a pinch of sea salt.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or cacao powder if desired.
  • Serve immediately or transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours to chill and thicken.
