sea salt

Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
In a blender, combine the melted chocolate and silken tofu. Add a pinch of sea salt.
Blend on high until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or cacao powder if desired.
Serve immediately or transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours to chill and thicken.
