Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Thinly Sliced Sirloin Steak or boneless beef chuck roast
  • 1 cup Beef Stock
  • 0.5 cup Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 0.25 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 4 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons Water
  • 1 bag Frozen Broccoli Florets (12 oz)
  • Cooked White Rice for serving Optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice the beef into thin strips if not already done.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the beef stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  • Place the sliced beef in the crock pot and pour the sauce mixture over it.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth and stir into the crock pot.
  • Add the frozen broccoli florets and cook for another 20-30 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve over cooked white rice if desired.
