Instructions
Slice the beef into thin strips if not already done.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the beef stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
Place the sliced beef in the crock pot and pour the sauce mixture over it.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth and stir into the crock pot.
Add the frozen broccoli florets and cook for another 20-30 minutes until heated through.
Serve over cooked white rice if desired.
