Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark

Delightful sweet and salty treat made with semi-sweet chocolate, pretzels, and caramel, topped with flaky sea salt.

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips one whole bag
  • 8 oz pretzels half of a 16-oz bag
  • 11 oz Kraft caramel one whole bag
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Spread about two-thirds of the melted chocolate evenly over the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Lightly press the pretzels on top of the melted chocolate.
  • In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the Kraft caramels and heavy cream, and heat until smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted caramel evenly over the pretzels.
  • Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the caramel and pretzels, and sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
  • Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes or let set at room temperature for about 2 hours.
  • Once set, cut the bark into pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container. Can be refrigerated or frozen for longer storage. Drizzle extra chocolate or caramel on top for presentation.
