  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked or regular

Preparation

  • Start by washing and peeling the potatoes if desired. Cut them into even-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces for uniform cooking.
  • Place the diced potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika over the potatoes. Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated with oil and spices.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cooking

  • Spread the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
  • Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to promote even browning.
  • Check for doneness. If they need more time, continue cooking in 2-minute increments until they reach your desired level of crispiness.
  • Once cooked, remove the potatoes and garnish with fresh herbs if you like. Serve immediately.
