  • 2 cups Leftover fries (any type) Any kind of fries can be used.
  • 1 spray Cooking spray (optional) Use if you want extra crispiness.
  • to taste Optional seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder, or your favorite spices) Feel free to customize the seasoning.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Spread your leftover fries evenly on a plate or a cutting board.
  • If desired, spray a light coating of cooking spray over the fries.
  • Season your fries with salt, pepper, or any other seasonings you choose.

Cooking

  • Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Cook for 5-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • After cooking, check for desired crispiness and cook for an additional minute or two if necessary.

Serving

  • Remove the fries carefully and let them cool for a minute before serving.
