These Heavenly Hash Brownies combine rich chocolate flavor, gooey marshmallows, crunchy pecans, and a smooth, indulgent icing.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 bag of mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups pecans chopped

For the Icing:

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 lb confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Set your oven to 325°F (163°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Prepare the Brownie Batter

  • Melt the butter and allow it to cool. In a bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add the Dry Ingredients

  • Sift the cocoa powder and flour into the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Add Pecans

  • Fold in the chopped pecans.

Bake the Brownies

  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes, top with marshmallows and bake for another 5-7 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden.

Make the Icing

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and cream together. Stir in cocoa powder and powdered sugar until smooth.

Top with Icing

  • Once the brownies are out of the oven, pour the icing over them and spread evenly.

Cool and Serve

  • Allow the brownies to cool for 10 minutes, then slice and enjoy!
