Set your oven to 325°F (163°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Prepare the Brownie Batter
Melt the butter and allow it to cool. In a bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the Dry Ingredients
Sift the cocoa powder and flour into the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Add Pecans
Fold in the chopped pecans.
Bake the Brownies
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes, top with marshmallows and bake for another 5-7 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden.
Make the Icing
In a saucepan, melt the butter and cream together. Stir in cocoa powder and powdered sugar until smooth.
Top with Icing
Once the brownies are out of the oven, pour the icing over them and spread evenly.
Cool and Serve
Allow the brownies to cool for 10 minutes, then slice and enjoy!
