Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz)
  • 0.5 cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or Butter (optional, for searing)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Place the seared chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce mixture over it.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot, then stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
