Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Place the seared chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce mixture over it.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot, then stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese until melted.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
