Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, grated onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce, stirring until warmed.
Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to the saucepan and stir gently to coat.
Let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
