Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Meat Beef, chicken, turkey, or a mix.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Grated Onion
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley Chopped.
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 large Egg Beaten.
  • 1 can Cranberry Sauce (14 ounces)
  • ½ cup Barbecue Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, grated onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  • Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce, stirring until warmed.
  • Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to the saucepan and stir gently to coat.
  • Let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for an additional 5 minutes before serving.
