  • 24 ounces pop-cans flaky biscuits
  • 16 ounces block whole milk mozzarella cheese Cut into 1/4 to 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 cup thin pepperoni slices
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 16 ounces jar pizza sauce For serving

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Spray a bundt pan generously with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  • Open the cans of flaky biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Cut the mozzarella cheese block into 1/4 to 1/2-inch cubes.

Layering and Baking

  • Layer half of the biscuit pieces in the bottom of the prepared bundt pan.
  • Spoon half of the seasoned butter mixture over the biscuit pieces, then add half of the mozzarella cubes and half of the pepperoni slices.
  • Repeat with the remaining biscuit pieces, seasoned butter, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes.

Cooling and Serving

  • Allow the pull-apart pizza bread to cool for about 5 minutes before flipping onto a serving plate.
  • Serve with warmed pizza sauce for dipping.
