Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use plain Greek yogurt for best results.
  • 1/2 cup almond flour Spoon into the measuring cup to avoid compression.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or nuts Optional, for customization.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond flour, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
  • Mix well using a spatula or wooden spoon until a smooth batter is formed.
  • Fold in chocolate chips or nuts, if using.

Baking

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the lined sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
