Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Stir until smooth.
Add onion powder, garlic powder, and poppy seeds (reserve a pinch for garnish). Season with salt and pepper, mixing well.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Crush the Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter until coated.
Sprinkle the buttery cracker crumbs over the chicken mixture. Add reserved poppy seeds on top if desired.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
