Pistachio Fluff is a light and fluffy no-bake dessert that combines fruit, nuts, marshmallows, pistachio pudding, and whipped topping, making it a delightful treat for any occasion.

Fruits

  • 20 ounces can of crushed pineapple (NOT drained) This will serve as the base for the fluff.
  • 15 ounces can of mandarin oranges (drained very well) Ensure they are well-drained to prevent excess moisture.
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries (drained, rinsed, stems removed and chopped) Add a pop of flavor and color.

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows Adds fluffiness to the texture.
  • 2 packages instant pistachio pudding mix (3.4 oz each) Provides flavor and vibrant color.
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans Offers a delightful crunch.
  • 1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut Adds sweetness and texture.
  • 8 ounces container of frozen whipped topping (thawed) Gives the fluff its creamy consistency.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with the well-drained mandarin oranges.
  • Add the mini marshmallows to the fruit mixture.
  • Sprinkle the instant pistachio pudding mix over the fruit and marshmallows.
  • Stir in the chopped maraschino cherries and pecans.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened flaked coconut.
  • Finally, fold in the thawed whipped topping until everything is well combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.

Notes
