full-fat fresh cream
3/4

condensed milk
use 1/2 cup if store-bought

teaspoon
pista essence

pistachios
ground

teaspoons
chopped pistachios
Instructions
Grind the pistachios in a dry mixer jar to a coarse mixture and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the fresh cream until it thickens slightly (about 3 seconds).
Gently mix in the condensed milk for about 2 seconds until combined.
Add the ground pistachios and chopped pistachios, mixing gently.
Incorporate the pista essence and mix until evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, and cover tightly.
Freeze for at least 8 hours until fully set.
Scoop and serve, optionally garnishing with extra chopped pistachios.
