Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat fresh cream
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk use 1/2 cup if store-bought
  • 1 teaspoon pista essence
  • 1.5 tablespoons pistachios ground
  • 2 teaspoons chopped pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Grind the pistachios in a dry mixer jar to a coarse mixture and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the fresh cream until it thickens slightly (about 3 seconds).
  • Gently mix in the condensed milk for about 2 seconds until combined.
  • Add the ground pistachios and chopped pistachios, mixing gently.
  • Incorporate the pista essence and mix until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, smooth the top, and cover tightly.
  • Freeze for at least 8 hours until fully set.
  • Scoop and serve, optionally garnishing with extra chopped pistachios.
