  • 12 ounces White chocolate Chopped or chips
  • ½ cup Peppermint bits Crushed candy canes or store-bought peppermint bits

Preparation

  • Set up your workspace by gathering all ingredients, bowls, and utensils. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melting Chocolate

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Dipping Cookies

  • Dip each Oreo Thin in the melted white chocolate using a fork, ensuring both sides are coated evenly. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.

Placing Cookies

  • Transfer the dipped cookies onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out for easy handling.

Sprinkling Peppermint

  • While the white chocolate is still wet, sprinkle each cookie with peppermint bits.

Setting the Chocolate
