Oats Base

  • 1 cup rolled oats Use rolled oats for best texture.
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based) You can substitute with almond or oat milk.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Use natural peanut butter for better flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness.
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, salt, and peanut butter.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  • Pour the milk mixture into the bowl with the oats and peanut butter. Stir everything together until fully combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into individual jars or containers with lids.
  • Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).

Serving

  • In the morning, give your oats a good stir. Top with your favorite fruits, nuts, or seeds.

Notes
