Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Use a whisk or a hand mixer to blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed, adding more honey or syrup as desired.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
  • Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap to prevent ice crystals from forming.

Freezing

  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly for easier scooping.
