  • 8x8-inch baking dish
  • Mixing Bowls:
  • Spatula
  • Microwave-safe bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup salted butter melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • In a large mixing bowl, stir together graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until well blended.
  • Add melted butter and creamy peanut butter to the dry mixture. Mix until thoroughly combined and forms a sticky dough.
  • Transfer the peanut butter mixture into the prepared baking dish, pressing it firmly to create an even layer.
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  • Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  • Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into squares or rectangles.
