Preparation

  • Peel the ripe banana and slice it into smaller pieces.
  • In a blender, combine the banana slices with peanut butter.
  • Add the milk or dairy-free alternative to the blender.
  • Scoop in the protein powder of your choice.
  • If desired, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
  • Toss in the ice cubes and the pinch of cinnamon, if using.
  • Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Check the consistency; if it’s too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
  • Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy immediately.
