Ingredients
  

Pasta and Seasoning

  • 8 oz pasta (farfalle) Provides a perfect surface for seasoning and crunch.
  • 1.5 teaspoons olive oil Adds richness and helps seasoning adhere.
  • 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese Delivers a salty, cheesy flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Infuses aroma and taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or granules Enhances flavor profile.
  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt Elevates taste.

Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce For dipping, adds flavor.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Boil water in a large pot and cook the 8 oz of farfalle pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
  • Drain the pasta in a colander, making sure not to rinse it.

Seasoning the Pasta

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained pasta, olive oil, grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and sea salt. Toss until evenly coated.

Air Frying

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the basket.
  • Air fry for about 10 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and crunchy.
  • Let cool slightly, as they will harden more as they cool.

Serving

  • Serve warmed pasta chips with marinara sauce on the side.

Notes
