Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 large ripe banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional) Add for additional sweetness.
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Toppings

  • Fresh fruits (like berries, apples, or peaches) For topping.
  • Nuts or seeds (such as walnuts or sunflower seeds) For topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, mashed banana, chia seeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup (if using), and cinnamon.
  • Stir well until all ingredients blend nicely and evenly.
  • Divide the mixture into individual jars or containers with lids.
  • Cover the jars and place them in the refrigerator overnight.

Serving

  • In the morning, remove the jars, give the oats a good stir, and add a splash more almond milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  • Top with fresh fruits and nuts or seeds of your choice before serving.
