  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (such as oregano, basil, and thyme)
  • Optional: fresh herbs for garnish (like parsley or cilantro)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and drizzle olive oil over them.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts, coating evenly on both sides.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm, and enjoy your perfectly baked chicken breast.
