Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 24 pieces Oreo Cookies, crushed Use for the crust.
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted Mix with crushed cookies.

Cheesecake Filling

  • 32 ounces cream cheese, softened Four packages, 8 ounces each.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar For sweetness.
  • 1 cup sour cream Adds creaminess.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavor.
  • 4 large eggs Add one at a time.
  • 12 pieces Oreo Cookies, chopped Fold into batter.

Chocolate Drizzle

  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate For drizzling.
  • 4 ounces white chocolate For drizzling.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil.
  • Crush 24 Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

Making the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Fold in chopped Oreo cookies gently.

Baking

  • Pour cheesecake batter over the crust and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until sides are firm and center is slightly wobbly.
  • Cool on wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Finishing Touch

  • Lift cheesecake from the pan using the foil and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Melt semisweet and white chocolate separately, then drizzle over cheesecake bites.
  • Chill until the chocolate sets, then serve or freeze.
