Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Pasta Penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 cups Milk Whole or low-fat
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  • Add pasta and milk to the pot, stirring to combine.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes until pasta is al dente and sauce has thickened.
  • Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
