Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
Add pasta and milk to the pot, stirring to combine.
Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Cook for about 15 minutes until pasta is al dente and sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
