Instructions
 

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest.

Cooking the Noodles

  • Pour chicken broth into the same skillet and bring to a simmer.
  • Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Finishing Touches

  • Once noodles are tender, stir in butter and minced garlic.
  • Cook for an additional minute until garlic is fragrant.
  • Return chicken to skillet to heat through.
  • Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a variation, add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli. You can also use different proteins such as turkey or shrimp. To enhance creaminess, add a splash of heavy cream or cream cheese.
