Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
Fold in oats and chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
Notes
You can add nuts, swap chocolate chips for dried fruit, or even drizzle the top with peanut butter before baking.
