No Bake Peanut Butter Granola Cups

Delicious and easy no bake treats combining peanut butter and granola for a perfect snack any time of the day.

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup granola Choose your favorite type
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter Use a good-quality natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup Maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Ingredients

  • ½ cup chocolate chips Optional for added sweetness

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and granola. Stir them together until evenly mixed.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir well to combine until everything is coated.
  • If using chocolate chips, fold them in at this stage.
  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly. Fill each muffin cup with the mixture, pressing down firmly.

Setting

  • Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for about 1 hour to allow the cups to set.
  • After they have set, carefully remove the granola cups from the tin.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to three months. For variations, try using other nut butters or adding dried fruits.
