Instructions
Melt the chocolate almond bark or melting wafers according to package directions.
Spoon melted chocolate into each cavity of the candy cup mold, swirling it around the sides to create a shell. Freeze for about 10 minutes to harden.
In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Add cheesecake pudding mix and blend until combined.
Gradually mix in heavy cream and powdered sugar until smooth. Add green food coloring until desired shade is reached.
Refrigerate the cheesecake mixture for about 1 hour to thicken.
Fill a piping bag fitted with a large star tip with the cheesecake mixture. Pipe into the chilled chocolate cups to create tree shapes.
Top with colorful sprinkles and a small star sprinkle or candy.
Allow to set before serving.
