Instructions
Gather all ingredients and ensure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature.
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the graham cracker pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Top with cherry pie filling, spreading it evenly over the cheesecake layer.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
Slice and serve chilled, adding more cherries on top if desired.
