  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Biscoff cookie butter. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until smooth.
  • Gradually add in powdered sugar while mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping with a spatula until no streaks remain.
  • Transfer the filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the surface evenly.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to set.
