  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop your favorite protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons natural nut butter
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Use for extra sweetness
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add the unsweetened almond milk to the Ninja Creami container.
  • Add the scoop of your chosen protein powder on top of the milk.
  • Include the nut butter, sliced banana, and Greek yogurt into the mix.
  • Pour in honey or maple syrup, then add the vanilla extract.
  • Close the lid of the Ninja Creami container tightly.
  • Place the container in your Ninja Creami machine and select the 'Milkshake' option.
  • Once ready, check the consistency. If it's too thick, gradually add more almond milk and blend again.
  • Scoop the milkshake into a glass and top with any additional toppings you like, such as chopped nuts or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients, freeze ripe bananas ahead of time, and adjust ice to achieve your preferred thickness. Experiment with different flavors of protein powder to find your favorite.
