Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and your Ninja Creami machine.
  • In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into a suitable container and freeze it for 4-6 hours, or until solid.

Processing

  • Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly.
  • Using the Ninja Creami, process the frozen mixture according to the machine's instructions until it achieves a creamy ice cream consistency.
  • If desired, fold in any mix-ins during the last few seconds of processing.
  • Serve immediately for soft-serve or return to the freezer for firmer texture.

Notes
