Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Use high-quality chicken for best flavor.
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix About 1 ounce.
  • 1 packet Au Jus gravy mix About 1 ounce.
  • ½ cup unsalted butter Cut into slices.
  • 4-6 pieces whole pepperoncini peppers Adjust based on spice preference.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker, spreading them out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
  • Add the Au Jus gravy mix on top of the ranch dressing.
  • Cut the unsalted butter into slices and place them on top of the seasoning mixes.
  • Add the whole pepperoncini peppers on top of everything.

Cooking

  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot using two forks, mixing it with the buttery sauce.

Serving

  • Serve the shredded chicken in wraps, on salads, or toasted bread for sandwiches.

Notes
