Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  • Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.

Make the Filling

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mixing until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Assemble

  • Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
  • Drizzle half of the melted chocolate and half of the caramel sauce on top of the filling, then add the remaining cheesecake filling over it.
  • Finally, swirl the remaining chocolate and caramel sauce through the top layer for a marbled effect.

Refrigerate

  • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least four hours or overnight for best results.

Serving

  • Slice the cheesecake into wedges using a sharp knife, dipped in warm water for cleaner cuts.
  • Garnish with your favorite toppings if desired.
