Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef You can substitute with ground turkey or shredded chicken.
  • 1 packet taco seasoning Use according to package instructions.
  • 1 piece pizza crust Homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend.
  • 1 cup salsa Choose spice level to taste.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Fresh or canned.
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions Add just before serving for freshness.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your pizza crust package.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown your ground beef, stirring occasionally. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and specified amount of water. Stir and cook as per packet instructions.
  • Roll out your pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Assembly

  • Spread the cooked beef evenly across the crust.
  • Dollop salsa on top and distribute it evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
  • Add diced tomatoes and sliced black olives on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  • Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions and sour cream.
  • Slice into wedges and serve hot.
