  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions For a fresh bite.
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder Adjust based on heat preference.

For Serving

Preparation

  • Gather all ingredients and measure them out.
  • In a large bowl, add the drained corn and diced green chilies.
  • Incorporate the sour cream and mayonnaise until well mixed.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
  • Add the diced red bell pepper and chopped green onions.
  • Sprinkle in the chili powder, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly until evenly combined.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Serve the dip in a bowl with tortilla chips.
