Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika Optional for topping
  • 0.5 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Optional for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch for even cooking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast and place them in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
