Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch for even cooking.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast and place them in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika or Italian seasoning if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
