Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are soft.
Drain excess grease from the skillet.
Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Add diced tomatoes, refried beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
