Instructions
Prepare meatballs according to package instructions if frozen, or cook homemade meatballs until browned.
Make mashed potatoes by boiling peeled and chopped potatoes until fork-tender, then mashing with butter and milk.
Heat brown gravy in a small saucepan over low heat.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer cooked meatballs evenly in the baking dish, then pour gravy over them.
Spread mashed potatoes evenly on top of the gravy and meatballs.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mashed potatoes.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
