Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Frozen or Homemade Meatballs cooked
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes fresh or leftovers
  • 1 cup Brown Gravy homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Prepare meatballs according to package instructions if frozen, or cook homemade meatballs until browned.
  • Make mashed potatoes by boiling peeled and chopped potatoes until fork-tender, then mashing with butter and milk.
  • Heat brown gravy in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Layer cooked meatballs evenly in the baking dish, then pour gravy over them.
  • Spread mashed potatoes evenly on top of the gravy and meatballs.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mashed potatoes.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
